The 3,300 square foot 4 bedroom 4 bath home has vaulted cypress wood ceilings and plenty of mood lighting throughout. The four bedrooms are complete with ceiling fans and split AC units, and the four unique bathrooms are all equipped with ceiling fans as well. The gourmet kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator, convection oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, built-in wine refrigerator, and icemaker. The fridge and icemaker have a Flojet water system so that the ice and water are made from bottled water. There are numerous stainless steel small appliances also, such as: coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, mixer, blender, food processor, panini press and espresso/cappuccino machine. The kitchen truly has all the comforts of home.

The house is equipped with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a whole house generator with an automatic transfer switch. The great room has Cable TV, a DVD player and a 55” flat screen Smart TV to hookup to your Netflix account and a Bluetooth enabled sound bar with woofer that will play all of the music on your smart phone. There are also ceiling fans and split AC units for your comfort. The two seaside bedrooms have French doors leading out to the patio as well as a 42” flat screen TV and DVD player. Each of the two front bedrooms have a 32” TV.

Wake up to incredible sunrises right off of the 600 square foot covered patio. Grab a cup of coffee or a cappuccino, step off of the patio right onto the sand and stroll down the magnificent beach and revel at the fact that you are alone with nature. Our favorite start to the day!

About six miles east is the newly opened butcher shop called Prime Meats that has an incredible array of items to cook on the beachside BBQ. The owner will make you chicken cordon blue or stuffed pork, among other items to pop in the oven or put on the grill. Just stop by and place your order. A little further east is a convenience store and liquor store.

The town of Georgetown is another six miles east. Besides finding hotels and restaurants along this route to town (that will be listed in our welcome booklet at the house) you will find a larger grocery store in town, as well as two banks with ATM machines, tourist shops with lovely Bahamian made gifts, additional restaurants and the straw market.

The house comes equipped with three kayaks (2 one person and 1 two person), paddle boards, life jackets, snorkeling equipment, multiple sizes of coolers, beach chairs and beach toys to make your stay enjoyable. After a day out, relax on the patio with a cool drink and gaze out at the ocean in search of a turtle bobbing out of the crystal clear azure waters. Then enjoy a magnificent dinner on the patio as you listen to the lapping of the waves and watch the incredible billions of stars in the clear sky. Perhaps you will see a shooting star and you can make a wish to revisit the enchanting Exumas again. Once you have experienced this tropical paradise with its stunning turquoise water, we are sure you will want to return again and again.
